What "off-grid" actually means
The hardware is the policy.
Estate clients receive a private node — a chassis built around encrypted storage, a hardware security module, and a redundant uplink. Power is local. Connectivity is sovereign. There is no provider button that turns it off.
Power independence
Photovoltaic array with a battery bank sized for seven-day autonomy. Grid-tied only on customer election; default posture is islanded.
Sovereign uplink
Low-earth-orbit satellite primary, cellular failover, terrestrial fiber tertiary. The node keeps running if any two paths fail at once.
Hardware-rooted custody
Keys are generated and sealed in a tamper-resistant module. Recovery requires physical attendance by you or your named fiduciary.

Simple term billing
Vault is billed quarterly. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch Sprime servers.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH (US), and SEPA (EU) supported. Annual invoicing available for Estate.

Members reach a named custodian at support@sprime.io. Estate clients receive a private channel and an out-of-band recovery number issued on intake.
